Establish and lead Primark’s Treasury Controls function, building governance, operational processes, and controls across settlements, payments, reconciliations, banking administration, and treasury systems. Oversee treasury operations, improve and automate processes, support FIS Integrity implementation, and ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulations. Lead and develop the Treasury Controls team while partnering with Treasury, Finance, GBS, Audit, and banking stakeholders.

Lead global brand and consumer insight programs, including brand tracking, equity measurement, audience understanding, positioning, segmentation, and primary research. Manage agency partners, budgets, timelines, and quality assurance while developing KPIs and insight frameworks across markets. Translate complex consumer, competitive, and market data into compelling recommendations for Brand, Strategy, Finance, and Digital teams. Support brand partnerships and licensing decisions through social listening, research, and consumer-focused strategic narratives.

Provides Level 3 support and enhancements for Treasury Management Systems, resolving complex and major incidents, including security incidents and on-call support. Develops and tests configurations, customizations, reports, and ATS scripts. Supports disaster recovery, failover, vendor releases, governance, security, compliance, monitoring, observability, resilience, automation, and technical debt reduction while maintaining operational performance standards.

Owns mature products or smaller product portfolios across the full lifecycle, translating business challenges and strategy into roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, user stories, and measurable delivery outcomes. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, leads sprint and release planning, manages dependencies, evaluates customer and data insights, communicates with stakeholders, supports adoption, and ensures governance compliance.
