Develop customer success plans, drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion, build executive relationships, and coordinate Support, Consulting, Engineering, Training, and Sales teams. Translate customer health insights into internal product and go-to-market improvements. The role requires fluent German and English, DACH enterprise experience, commercial judgment, and 5–10% travel.

Owns global web content orchestration across SUSE’s digital estate, including content lifecycle management, information architecture, CMS component modeling, buyer journey optimization, SEO, wireframing, accessibility, QA, and publishing governance. Collaborates with brand, campaign, product marketing, SEO, UX, analytics, and development teams to improve content findability, engagement, conversion, and production efficiency.

Lead end-to-end security certification projects (Common Criteria, FIPS, NIST/ISO), translate SFRs/SARs into engineering milestones, coordinate labs and certification bodies, manage audit-ready documentation, and run cross-functional enablement and risk mitigation to ensure product compliance.

Manage strategic public sector customer relationships across Germany, serving as a trusted advisor on infrastructure modernization, digital sovereignty, cloud transformation, container adoption, and platform standardization. Own customer success plans and the full lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and growth. Lead QBRs, monitor customer health, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive value realization, identify expansion opportunities, and influence product and go-to-market priorities.
