The Lead/Senior Fullstack Engineer will enhance the capabilities of the Mimica Web App by designing architecture, developing features, and ensuring operational responsibility. The role includes working on visualization tools, real-time frontend services, and collaborating to produce improvements while fostering a culture of shared responsibility and peer development.

In this role, you will enhance and scale the backend systems of Mimica's platform by designing and implementing a scalable architecture, developing backend services and APIs, and improving existing components' performance and reliability while also participating in architectural decisions and project management.

The Senior ML Engineer will own the components of the Machine Learning pipeline, involving research in Deep Learning, processing multi-modal data, and training models. Responsibilities include developing and deploying models, enhancing accuracy, mentoring engineers, and managing projects from spec to deployment.
