Build Solidgate’s ML/AI function from the ground up, developing real-time payment routing models and production pipelines. Own the full ML lifecycle from experimentation and A/B testing through deployment, while solving modeling challenges involving large-scale transactional data. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Platform teams to deliver measurable improvements in conversion, approval rates, losses, and revenue.

Own and build Solidgate’s creative and brand function, including visual identity, art direction, campaign concepts, brand guidelines, and marketing assets. Lead freelance designers, establish design processes, maintain quality standards, and deliver work across events, social, email, sales materials, and the website. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams while using motion, video, web graphics, and AI workflows to produce high-impact creative quickly.

Build long-term partnerships with universities and student organizations, represent Solidgate at career fairs and student initiatives, launch events, and oversee their operational execution. The role focuses on developing Solidgate’s presence within the student ecosystem, fostering academic relationships, and supporting talent engagement through strong communication, organization, and networking.

Owns end-to-end technical onboarding and ongoing integration support for merchants using Solidgate’s payment platform. Responsibilities include configuring payment flows, supporting L1 teams, participating in presales calls, explaining integration capabilities, advising on scalable payment setups, and supporting hosted payment pages, payment forms, digital wallets, routing logic, and data flows.

Build Solidgate’s Billing 2.0 infrastructure, including Products and Prices domain models, public APIs, enterprise pricing engines, resilient service architecture, and automated payment retry systems. Develop high-load backend services in Go, supported by unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing. Work with PostgreSQL, queues or streams, and contribute to reliable, scalable fintech billing systems.

As a Global Employer Brand Manager, you'll drive talent marketing campaigns, develop the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), manage external partnerships, and track hiring metrics to enhance Solidgate's employer brand in Europe.

Support merchants integrating and operating Solidgate's payments platform: analyze client requests, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with product and engineering, communicate with clients, and maintain product documentation. Use SQL regularly; Postman and Python experience is a plus.

The SOC L2/L3 Engineer is responsible for building and operationalizing the SIEM, designing detection rules, triaging alerts, leading incident responses, and maintaining SOC metrics on a payment processing platform.

Lead backend design and implementation for payment-facing services (Payment Form, Payment Link, SDKs, integrations). Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and collaborate across teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Own regulatory reporting and policy alignment for an EMI, review products for compliance, run impact assessments, support audits, drive due diligence, and lead licensing and compliance-related projects across teams.
