Manage post-sale services for retail clients using the companys IoT and SaaS platform. Build and maintain client relationships, monitor and ensure SLA/SLR compliance, coordinate internal teams, lead client steering meetings, manage service-impacting events, propose service improvements and participate in contract setup and renewals alongside sales and pre-sales.
