Design and lead Mews’ commercial enablement function within Onboarding. The role develops consultative sales training, coaching programs, playbooks, and AI-assisted tools to help onboarding teams identify and qualify expansion opportunities. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps on lead handoffs, tracking pipeline and revenue impact, and continuously improving enablement programs across a global distributed team.

Owns end-to-end product and engineering strategy for Mews' Back of House domain. Leads globally distributed engineering teams, builds the management structure, develops senior talent, and improves reliability, performance, and technical debt without disrupting delivery. Determines where AI should be integrated into the product and ships AI-driven improvements. Requires VP-level product and engineering ownership, SaaS scaling experience, strong people leadership, and hands-on experience shipping AI as a core product capability.

Owns engineering architecture, internal AI agents, and reusable technical skills for a product engineering tribe. The role embeds architectural standards, review logic, and quality gates into agentic development tooling, while tackling complex migrations, system-wide refactors, and long-term architecture decisions. Success requires senior or staff-level experience owning complex systems at scale, translating technical judgment into adopted tooling and standards, communicating across organizational levels, and hands-on experience building AI-powered systems.

Leads Mews’ Tier 4 Product Support function, managing approximately 10 technical subject matter experts and owning escalations from triage through resolution. Partners with R&D and Product to prioritize fixes using escalation, severity, and CSAT data; manages Jira bug processes and engineering timelines; oversees knowledge management and AI-powered support tooling; and reports performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Senior individual contributor who builds and maintains a division-level design substrate: design system, cross-tribe agents/skills, research engines, and architectural standards. Partners with Staff Designers and the VP on complex cross-tribe problems, encodes design judgment into reusable components/patterns/agents, and drives multi-year design strategy to scale consistent design practice across the company.
