Investigate issues, coordinate escalations across cross-functional teams, monitor SLA performance, maintain case records, communicate with stakeholders, and support reporting and operational dashboards. Identify recurring issues and root causes, recommend improvements, maintain documentation and knowledge resources, and help onboard new retailers into ongoing support.
