Creates and produces video content for IT and AI audiences, from story discovery and scripting through filming, editing, approvals, publication, and performance analysis. Coordinates internal stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and event productions while adapting content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid placements. Develops repeatable video series, supports on-camera contributors, and uses audience metrics and AI tools to improve storytelling and production efficiency.

Provides technical support to SaaS customers through chat, email, and Slack. Troubleshoots APIs, integrations, workflows, networking, authentication, security issues, and self-hosted deployments; creates and documents Tines workflows; and supports customers during remote sessions. The role requires independent prioritization and escalation during weekend shifts, clear handoffs across regional teams, customer empathy, product feedback, bug identification, and collaboration with internal teams.

Lead Tines’ monetization, pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy for its enterprise B2B SaaS platform. Research customer value, willingness to pay, market trends, and competitive alternatives; develop pricing models and recommendations; manage the pricing roadmap; support complex enterprise deals; and partner cross-functionally to implement approved changes. The role also measures commercial outcomes, advises senior leadership, and builds a small pricing strategy team.

Owns the full sales compensation cycle for approximately 350 go-to-market employees, including crediting, calculations, payouts, disputes, plan design, quotas, incentives, and reporting. Manages CaptivateIQ, ensures Salesforce data integrity, supports quote-to-cash transformation, and develops compensation strategy for a changing consumption-based pricing model. Leads and coaches a small analyst team while partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, People, Systems, and Deal Desk.
