Manage day-to-day office operations in Warsaw including facilities, supplies, travel, fleet, expenses, vendor and contract management, Source-to-Pay (Ariba), SAP/MDG master data, and local Veeva CRM support while driving process improvements and stakeholder communication.

Lead global indirect procurement for categories (Legal, HR, Finance); develop and implement category strategies, analyze spend and risks, manage supplier relationships, run tenders and negotiations (>US$500K), drive cost savings and TCO improvements, monitor KPIs, and guide sourcing managers while collaborating with stakeholders.
