Provide first-line operational support for Data & BI on an asset-management platform: manage tickets to resolution, coordinate deployments and change requests, handle incident and maintenance communications, gather business requirements, support claims analysis, run adoption workshops, advise on process design, and identify upsell opportunities while contributing to knowledge sharing and product communities.

Manage multiple client accounts to maximize satisfaction and adoption of ALTO solutions. Build and deliver Client Success Plans, supervise ticket resolution and SLAs, coordinate cross-functional teams, run production reviews and post-mortems, identify upsell opportunities, and drive continuous improvement and governance with Relationship Managers.

Provide L1/L2 operational support for Alto Invest clients across Front Office and Risk modules. Triage and resolve tickets per SLA, coordinate with R&D and CSMs, run root-cause analysis, support client adoption workshops, maintain documentation, and contribute to service reviews and KPI collection.
