Design and implement user-facing features end-to-end by combining visual design and frontend engineering. Improve and expand the design system, consult on bespoke product designs, ship quickly, iterate from user feedback, and collaborate closely with Product Engineers across a large-scale product.

Manage end-to-end implementations for strategic Enterprise customers, execute implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, configure complex B2B SaaS products and integrations, drive change management, advise on best practices, and ensure timely time-to-value and customer success.

Build and maintain Ashby’s platform and reliability systems: scale cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, observability, SLOs/SLIs, canary rollouts and feature flags, secure customer data, enable event-driven/data-warehouse work, optimize SQL/DSL performance, and own projects end-to-end while participating in on-call rotations.

Lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers, managing 12-15 simultaneous 4–8 week projects. Define scope, align stakeholders, develop and execute plans, advise on best practices, drive change management, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure rapid time-to-value and strong customer adoption.

Own the full sales cycle to acquire new mid-market (100–1,000 employees) customers across UKI/EMEA. Source pipeline (>50% self-sourced), qualify, demo, negotiate, and close $50k+ ACV platform deals. Manage multiple concurrent opportunities, engage stakeholders to build consensus, and travel (~25%) for customer meetings and events.

Design and implement polished UI/UX features end-to-end: wireframe, design system work, and production code. Collaborate with Product Engineers, iterate quickly with user feedback, and improve the in-house design system to scale consistent, flexible components across the product.

Provide deep, technical SaaS support for customers across SMB to enterprise: troubleshoot integrations and configurations, reproduce ambiguous behavior, communicate clearly to varied audiences, manage tickets end-to-end, collaborate on projects to improve workflows, and work a scheduled weekend day each week.

Own full sales cycle for Mid-Market (100-1k employees) new logo acquisition across EMEA. Source >50% of pipeline, run demos, win $50k+ ACV deals, build consensus among stakeholders, manage an active pipeline in CRM, and travel ~25% for customer engagements and events. Fluent French and English required.
