Build and execute Drivetrain.ai’s global partner strategy across system integrators, fractional CFO networks, and consulting firms. Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners; develop joint business plans; generate pipeline and revenue through partner-led sales and co-marketing; enable internal sales teams; monitor partner performance; and align stakeholders across regions. The role requires autonomous management of a global partner portfolio and strong collaboration with sales, marketing, services, and consulting teams.

Partner with sales and data teams to architect and build FP&A proofs-of-concept, design scalable data models and integrations (ERP/CRM/HRIS), lead technical workshops, translate CFO requirements into multidimensional models, and provide implementation feedback to Product and Engineering.

Sell Drivetrain's financial planning SaaS to medium-to-large customers. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, build pipeline, forecast using Salesforce, present to C-level (CEO/CFO/CRO), and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with product and marketing.
