Manage an assigned territory, identify prospects, secure new logistics customer revenue, and coordinate sales resources throughout the customer acquisition process. Responsibilities include CRM data entry, developing value-added logistics solutions, supporting account transitions and collections, building customer and branch relationships, participating in trade groups, and maintaining current product knowledge.

Designs and maintains Java backend services, distributed and event-driven integrations, and Angular user interfaces. Owns software delivery across the SDLC, including testing, deployment, production support, CI/CD, observability, and security automation. Collaborates with engineers, architects, product, UX, and stakeholders; participates in code reviews; applies domain-driven design; and mentors junior engineers. Uses AI-assisted development tools responsibly while meeting enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.
