Lead OKX’s compliance program across European and UK entities, managing Country Heads of Compliance and MLROs. Set regional strategy, strengthen controls and workflows, oversee investigations, and engage with regulators, Boards, Legal, Product, Operations, and Risk. Build scalable, data-driven compliance frameworks using automation and AI-enabled tools while ensuring adherence to EU and UK regulations. Serve as the escalation point for complex compliance matters and develop senior compliance leaders across multiple jurisdictions.

Leads OKX’s global marketing compliance function, building policies, controls, review and approval processes, monitoring programs, and regulatory change management for advertising, promotions, social media, influencers, affiliates, and product launches across CeFi and DeFi. Stay current on cryptocurrency risks and regulations while supporting training and knowledge sharing.

Own and optimize Simple Trading products for European retail crypto customers. Identify local needs, improve onboarding and trading journeys, drive adoption and retention, and develop recurring investment, savings, and engagement features. Use funnel analysis, experimentation, customer feedback, and market insights to improve conversion and sustainable growth. Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, compliance, operations, marketing, and local teams across European markets.

Lead overseas P2P market expansion and merchant ecosystem management. Drive operational improvements across onboarding, liquidity, payment processing, dispute resolution, and P2P KPIs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature and workflow improvements, perform data analysis and competitive intelligence, and adapt strategies to regulatory and market changes to deliver measurable growth.

Lead institutional relationships and revenue for VIP clients (banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices). Originate and close major partnerships, shape vertical strategy, advocate product needs to engineering, articulate regulatory and compliance positioning, and own institutional marketing and thought leadership.

Manage day-to-day compliance operations for a MiFID II investment firm, including financial promotions review, complaints administration, regulatory and trade reporting, compliance monitoring, regulatory registers, product assessments, policy updates, AML/CFT support, and board reporting. The role requires accurate execution across recurring regulatory workstreams, regulatory-change tracking, audit readiness, and collaboration with Legal, Risk, Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Engineering teams.

Leads global financial crime compliance investigations, transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, and AML/CFT operations. Manages AML investigators, evaluates requirements across jurisdictions, improves investigative processes, drafts procedures, analyzes performance data, and partners with product and engineering teams on compliance systems. Requires strong regulatory knowledge, team leadership, process management, communication, and familiarity with cryptocurrency financial crime trends and blockchain analytics tools.

Lead affiliate and KOL partnership development in Czechia and Slovakia.
