Advise on vendor/cloud contracts, outsourcing, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory implementation, and support IT and business transformation projects while managing external counsel and aligning global practices with local rules.

Lead a team to interpret, implement, and govern investment guidelines within the firm's compliance platform. Partner with Legal, Account Management, Product, and Trading to operationalize restrictions, resolve escalations, provide guidance, and drive strategic improvements, automation, and scalability of guideline processes.

Support fund operations by performing reporting, reconciliations, data validation, and discrepancy resolution. Partner with portfolio management, client servicing, and technology teams to deliver accurate fund data, identify process improvements, and drive automation using data and technology tools. Build stakeholder relationships and help reduce operational risk through efficient, process-driven solutions.
