Senior AML Oversight Analyst responsible for overseeing AML and financial crime controls across the FAS client base. Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure AML/KYC/sanctions processes operate effectively. Review transaction monitoring alerts, KYC documentation, sanctions screening, and suspicious activity; produce MI, update procedures, support due diligence and vendor oversight, lead meetings and basic AML training, and participate in projects to strengthen controls and reduce AML risk.

Produce and maintain high‑quality investment 'gold‑copy' data, run data quality and control reports, resolve exceptions, improve processes, support testing and governance, manage third‑party data sources, and collaborate across business teams.

Lead and manage third-party sourcing and procurement for low-to-medium complexity transactions. Execute RFx processes, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and risk, perform category and market data analysis, prepare executive reports and presentations, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure process adherence and handoffs.

Provide executive administrative support to Middle Office leadership, coordinate global stakeholder meetings, travel, and events across Dublin and London, manage communications and distribution lists, and support EIS initiatives and office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Produce accurate gold-copy investment data, execute and analyze exception and quality-control reports, resolve data issues, recommend process improvements, support testing and monitoring, and maintain data management procedures across the enterprise.

Analyze cash flows, transactions, and holdings to ensure accurate fund calculations across mutual funds, ETFs, trusts and institutional portfolios. Resolve complex operational and reconciliation issues, document procedures, lead process improvements, manage daily controls, communicate with partners, and support special projects to enhance data quality and operations.

Provide financial and analytical support including building financial models, expense and revenue analysis, forecasting, ad-hoc inquiry support, performance measurement for projects/investments, and preparing financial information for internal decision-making.
