The role requires travel of up to 50% to client sites, events, and company offices.

Researches prospects, manages follow-ups, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and contributes to process improvement, campaigns, and training. Leads Procore’s EMEA sales development strategy, prospecting programs, pipeline forecasting, sales academy, career pathways, and leadership development. Manages Senior Managers and partners with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and executive leadership to scale SDR teams, improve conversion and territory coverage, develop talent, and exceed regional revenue targets.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for Procore ERP integrations, Analytics, and CDE/BIM/PDM workflows. Investigates financial synchronization failures, data discrepancies, SQL and Power BI reporting issues, Windows environment problems, microservice errors, and API failures. Manages customer cases through Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk, supports phone, chat, and email interactions, collaborates with development teams on escalations, and drives complex technical issues through resolution.

Lead Procore's Common Data Environment (CDE) product strategy for Europe: conduct market and competitive research, drive product definition, prioritize roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional development and GTM teams, measure adoption and KPIs, ensure compliance with European standards, and evangelize the product to customers and stakeholders.

Serve as a Spanish-speaking trusted advisor to enterprise construction clients, leading strategic consulting engagements to implement Procore for financials, project management, quality, and safety. Design business processes, deliver training and workshops, partner with PMs and Product/Engineering on complex implementations, mentor team members, and drive measurable outcomes like improved cost control, schedule certainty, and risk reduction.
