Lead Procore’s Iberia partner strategy, relationships, revenue growth, forecasting, and operational processes. Manage technology partners, systems integrators, resellers, and ISVs while coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success. Optimize partner lifecycle processes, CRM and PRM systems, reporting, deal registration, lead routing, contracts, payouts, and commission tracking. Present partner performance metrics and contribute channel best practices across the European partner team.
Procore is looking for an outcome focused Channel Account Executive based in our Dublin or London offices to join our European Partner team as soon as possible. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships Europe, you will lead the strategy, development, and growth of our key partner relationships in Iberia.
In this role, you will build a scalable engine for partner-sourced revenue across Technology Partners, Systems Integrators, Resellers, and ISVs. You’ll align cross-functional teams, optimise systems, and lay the operational foundation to expand Procore’s ecosystem and accelerate growth.
What you’ll do
- Drive revenue & ecosystem growth: Drive partner-sourced revenue to exceed monthly and quarterly targets while designing lead generation initiatives like roadshows and co-marketing activities.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the partner’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on partner performance and historical trends.
- Ensure operational excellence: Own the Iberia partner lifecycle end-to-end, including process optimization (deal registration, lead routing, contract management) and overseeing clean database metrics, payout structures, and commission tracking.
- Responsible for cross-functional alignment and outreach: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to evangelize the joint partner value proposition, drive partner mindshare and outreach programs.
- Reporting & Best Practices: Track and present key operational partner metrics to executive leadership and contribute channel best practices to global peers.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 3+ years in partner management, partner operations, or sales operations within a SaaS or technology company (construction industry experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (Salesforce) and PRM software, alongside strong Excel/BI proficiency for translating operational data into actionable insights.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing diverse stakeholder expectations; established technology partner relationships are highly valued.
- Mindset: High energy, high integrity, and a team-first attitude with the ability to deliver immediate impact in a fast-paced and sometimes ill-defined environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; native or professional fluency in Spanish is essential.

51,660.00 - 71,032.50 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
103,320.00 - 142,065.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
