Processes purchase invoices, payment runs, payment allocations, vendor ledgers, and supplier statement reconciliations. Maintains creditor listings, responds to vendor queries, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payments. Requires accounts payable experience, ERP familiarity, multi-currency vendor management, strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently under deadlines. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Supports the Financial Control Team with daily accounting activities, including journal entries, invoice processing, payment preparation, bank reconciliations, depreciation calculations, fixed asset maintenance, and AR/AP ledger management. Assists with month-end and year-end closings while ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. The role requires strong bookkeeping knowledge, attention to detail, ERP experience, and the ability to meet deadlines independently and collaboratively.
