Lead and grow cost management services for data centre projects in Italy. Provide strategic leadership, business development, team management and end-to-end cost management from feasibility to final accounts. Oversee contracts, governance, cost estimating, procurement, tendering, change control, reporting, value engineering and client/contractor negotiations. Improve processes, tools and templates to ensure service quality and compliance.

Manage commercial and contractual lifecycle for large industrial and data centre projects, including tender strategy, PQQs, evaluation, contract administration, change and claims management. Lead negotiations, dispute resolution, compliance monitoring, forecasting and stakeholder reporting. Provide market intelligence, support procurement and legal collaboration, and maintain contract records to support variations and claims.

Lead end-to-end delivery of construction, M&E or FM projects: scope, planning, tendering, site coordination, subcontractor management, commercial/P&L oversight, stakeholder engagement, compliance with CDM and QHSE, and business development to grow the project pipeline.

Facilitate risk workshops, create and implement risk registers, ensure consistent documentation of risks and mitigations, support reporting and stakeholder engagement, and prepare high-quality risk data for migration into an Enterprise Project Management tool across an energy/infrastructure project portfolio.

Manage and steer complex industrial building projects (new builds and refurbishments) including project organization, cost, schedule and quality control. Coordinate clients, internal teams and external planners, maintain project documentation, drive process improvements, and spend significant time on-site to ensure successful delivery.
