Lead and manage scheduling for complex transport infrastructure programmes; oversee embedded scheduling resources, ensure quality and consistency of schedule deliverables, integrate master schedules, analyse baseline deviations and critical path issues, coordinate WBS/CBS development, produce executive summary reports, and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.

Lead implementation of Earned Value Management and schedule management for large infrastructure projects. Provide administrative and financial support to project management teams: prepare project documentation, process invoices/pay applications, coordinate change orders, obtain quotes, enter data into PMIS, assist contract administration and project closeout, and perform financial reconciliations under close supervision.

Manage and maintain project schedules to NEC4 contract requirements, review contractor programmes, monitor progress, assess compensation events, report schedule impacts, and collaborate with contractors and cost managers to mitigate time and cost risks.
