Leads the organization’s IT strategy, systems ecosystem, business process automation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, and third-party technology relationships. Oversees project and change delivery, business continuity planning, IT risk management, reporting and analytics, and development of a distributed multifunctional team. Partners with the CEO and business functions to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient technology-enabled operations.

Deliver and evolve a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme focused on consumer protection and CPC 2025. Monitor regulatory change, provide compliance advice, identify and manage consumer protection risks, produce compliance reports, support governance, remediation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
