Manage investor services operations for mutual, hedge, and private equity funds. Responsibilities include approving investor trades, payments, NAVs, wires, and daily deliverables; overseeing reconciliations and investor records; serving as a client escalation contact; supporting fund launches and conversions; reviewing fund documentation; coaching team members; and improving operational procedures and service quality.

Prepare and review fund financial statements and regulatory filings (IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102), ensure disclosure completeness, support audits, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver accurate, timely reporting while managing risk and client service.

Supervise fund accounting team responsible for NAV calculation, portfolio and partnership accounting, investor contributions/withdrawals, expense allocation, and preparation of fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules. Provide oversight, review deliverables, train staff, ensure GAAP compliance, reconcile trades and income, and communicate financial information to advisors and investors.
