Manage, monitor, analyze, and report on the bank’s investment securities portfolio, including fixed-income bonds, HQLA, and CLOs. Provides accounting, administration, and investor servicing for alternative investment funds. Responsibilities include calculating net asset values, recording trades and fund activity, reconciling investor contributions and withdrawals, allocating profits, processing expenses, and preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and tax schedules in accordance with GAAP.

Manages U.S. Bank’s global sub-custodian and cash correspondent network, including relationship development, RFIs/RFPs, contract and fee negotiations, due diligence, risk oversight, market intelligence, reporting, client inquiries, and escalation management. The role focuses on Asia Pacific expansion and Western Hemisphere oversight while coordinating with operations, legal, tax, treasury, risk, and compliance teams. Manage daily liquidity, funding, cash positions, and balance sheet FX exposures across multiple currencies. Lead AML/KYC compliance for investor onboarding and ongoing reviews, supervise administrators, advise stakeholders on regulatory obligations, investigate breaches, support regulatory reporting/audits, validate KYC system implementations, and quality-check MLRO/board reports.

Prepare and review fund financial statements and regulatory filings (IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102), ensure disclosure completeness, support audits, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver accurate, timely reporting while managing risk and client service.
