Provide first- and second-line IT and AV support across AV/VC, service desk, infrastructure, cloud, and security. Work with partners and senior associates on cross-border transactions, draft legal documents, engage in business development, attend networking events, and build client relationships while delivering commercial, diligent legal advice.

Advise financial institutions on Irish and EU regulatory matters, support licensing and supervisory engagements with the Central Bank of Ireland, provide regulatory input on transactions, help clients with compliance and governance, draft regulatory documentation, contribute to business development and cross-practice collaboration.
