Manage and deliver compensation and benefits programs across EMEA and APAC. Maintain pay structures, run salary surveys and analyses, support annual comp cycles, oversee benefits administration and renewals, manage invoices and POs, support compliance and country set-up projects, and mentor junior HR team members to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
