Job Description Summary:

As part of the Global Total Rewards team, the Manager, Total Rewards will support the delivery of compensation and benefits programs across PTC’s EMEA and APAC locations, partnering closely with the Associate Director, International Compensation & Benefits.
The ideal candidate will bring strong compensation and benefits knowledge, an analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a continuous improvement focused on operation excellence.Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges and salary structures
  • Manage EMEA/APAC salary survey (compensation & benefits) submissions in collaboration with the Global Total Rewards team.
  • Conduct compensation analysis for new roles and hires to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and long-term incentive processes.
  • Monitor legislative developments across EMEA/APAC, including pay transparency requirements, to support compliance.
  • Supporting day-to-day administration of employee benefits across EMEA/APAC, including new hire enrolment and onboarding, ensuring employee benefit changes are actioned and reflected on payroll, leaver offboarding. Act as first point of contact for benefit queries and escalations across EMEA/APAC.
  • In partnership with the Associate Director, International Compensation & Benefits, oversee benefit renewals, premium negotiation, preparation of renewal files, employee communications, invoice payment.
  • Support PO creation and invoice payment process, ensuring PO numbers are established, invoices are tracked and shared with finance to ensure timely payment. Ongoing tracking of Total Rewards costs for EMEA/APAC and preparation for annual budget process
  • Partner with Total Rewards and HR team on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Support Total Rewards projects, including country set-up and market reviews.
  • Mentor junior HR team members to strengthen cross-functional Total Rewards knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience managing compensation and benefits programs and projects across EMEA/APAC in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • In depth experience of supporting benefits administration for end-to-end employee life cycle across EMEA/APAC, including benefit queries, renewal process, employee communications, vendor management.
  • World at Work Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits legislation and practices across EMEA/APAC.
  • Solid understanding of compensation frameworks, including job structures, salary ranges, annual review cycles, promotions, leave of absence, recognition, incentives, and benchmarking.
  • Experience administering leave of absence processes across EMEA/APAC and/or globally.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Interest in HR trends, analytics, and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday, and ServiceNow
  • Travel requirements: 0-10% (Domestic or International)
