The Technical Sales Manager will drive new business, manage the sales cycle, deliver technical expertise, and exceed sales targets in the HVAC and Data Centre sector.

Support project teams with budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Maintain project setups in accounting systems, prepare dashboards and presentations, identify cost risks, and support continuous improvement of project controls and reporting processes.

Sell fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory by building and strengthening client relationships in education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors. Lead the sales cycle, conduct building surveys and system design, manage pipelines and proposals in Salesforce, collaborate with estimators and technical teams, and drive pipeline growth and conversion to meet sales targets.

Manage contracting strategy and lifecycle for a €20M+ R&D facility build focused on thermal management. Draft, negotiate, and govern contracts (FIDIC/NEC), mitigate commercial risk, manage claims and variations, monitor contractor performance against KPIs, and support stakeholders across Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Design and develop electrical systems for large-scale liquid cooling, CDU, and mission-critical HVAC equipment. Create schematics, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and perform electrical calculations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support manufacturing and commissioning, prepare submittals, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements.

Provide dedicated onsite executive support to the VP & GM (EMEA & APAC): manage complex international calendars and travel, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential communications, track action items, support business operations and governance, and act as primary stakeholder liaison across regions.

Execute and support capital improvement projects across factory sites, plan and set up new manufacturing facilities, develop solutions with operations, produce scopes and price contractor work, schedule and manage projects to minimise production impact, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, provide on-the-ground project management, and maintain factory layout drawings using AutoCAD.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical work packages from scope and tendering through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage suppliers and contracts, provide technical oversight for LV/ELV, instrumentation and control systems, review engineering documentation, resolve technical/commercial issues, maintain progress and risk reports, and support client meetings and factory witness tests.
