Manage the full lifecycle of contract document production for large infrastructure programmes: drafting, formatting, QA, version control, compliance with legal/regulatory standards, vendor management, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support procurement and programme objectives.

Lead project controls for a major data center project: establish cost and schedule baselines, monitor performance, manage change, run planning workshops, produce executive reports, and ensure contractor and vendor compliance to schedule and cost targets.

Serve as the Owner's construction-facing representative for telecom and network infrastructure on hyperscale data center builds. Oversee contractor onboarding, QA/QC, EH&S compliance, site walks, installation sign-offs, cable/patch schedules, logistics coordination, turn-up meetings, risk and issue management, and reporting. Use project tools (P6, BIM, Fluxx, SAP, AODocs, Viewpoint/Talos) to ensure schedules, materials, and standards align for successful transition to operations.

Advise clients on procurement, contract strategy (including NEC4), and financial structures for large infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and Belgium. Lead financial analyses, payment mechanisms, business cases, and feasibility studies; evaluate contractor payments and KPIs; provide portfolio investment insights; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; and deliver reporting, risk assessments, and system-based contract management throughout project delivery.

Provide on-site (Dusseldorf) administrative and project support to the Head of Projects and project team. Manage QHSE online reporting and annual audit schedules, diary/email and travel arrangements, sales support and pre-qualification questionnaires, subcontractor liaison, training coordination, event management, and promote safe working practices and team collaboration.

Lead commercial finance and business partnering for multiple European sub-regions, managing monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, SOX controls, and integration of acquired PJM businesses. Provide financial analysis, rate-card support for bids, line-manage a finance team, support new location setup, systems implementations and ad-hoc cross-border projects, and drive process improvements.

Perform technical due diligence and condition assessments for MEP systems across asset classes, review documents, inspect properties, estimate costs, prepare reports, support quality control and feasibility studies, and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects.

Lead delivery of end-to-end data and analytics solutions: build dimensional models, develop Power BI dashboards, perform exploratory analysis, design Azure-based data pipelines, capture client requirements, run scenario modelling, test and assure solutions, prepare client communications and lead project teams.
