Serve as the Owner's construction-facing representative for telecom and network infrastructure on hyperscale data center builds. Oversee contractor onboarding, QA/QC, EH&S compliance, site walks, installation sign-offs, cable/patch schedules, logistics coordination, turn-up meetings, risk and issue management, and reporting. Use project tools (P6, BIM, Fluxx, SAP, AODocs, Viewpoint/Talos) to ensure schedules, materials, and standards align for successful transition to operations.

Lead risk management across large infrastructure programmes: implement tools, run QRAs, develop mitigation strategies and KPIs, manage risk teams, run workshops, improve risk systems and report to programme leadership.

Design, build, and operate enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. Create scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, master data foundations, and lakehouse/warehouse semantic models. Deliver Power BI datasets and dashboards, implement data quality, governance, DevOps practices, and cost-management data solutions. Partner with finance and stakeholders and provide technical leadership across architecture, deployment, and run-state support.

Lead procurement and contract management across large infrastructure programmes: negotiate, draft and execute contracts; ensure legal/regulatory compliance; manage supplier relationships; monitor contract performance and risks; report to senior management; resolve commercial disputes and support business development.

Lead project controls for Data Centre projects: establish processes, templates and baselines for cost and schedule; monitor performance, manage change, risks and opportunities; coordinate planning workshops; produce executive reports; liaise with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure schedule, cashflow and quality targets are met.
