Lead risk and opportunity management for a major infrastructure programme within the PMO. Lead delivery of major data centre construction projects in Berlin as the primary client interface. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across design, permitting, procurement, construction, project controls, quality, HSE, commercial and claims management to meet time, cost, safety and sustainability objectives.

Support contract administration during construction and operations for consultancy and advisor contracts. Manage contract manuals, change and claims processes, document control systems, filing, stakeholder meetings, compliance, financial aspects, risk mitigation, and reporting to ensure contractual obligations and project delivery.

Lead mechanical pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close-out for a hyperscale data centre. Manage mechanical subcontractors, systems (HVAC, cooling, plumbing, fire protection), budgets, schedules, quality, safety and client communication. Act as owner's representative, oversee testing/hand-over, and ensure compliance with codes and project specifications.

Senior leadership role owning delivery of principal contracting (turnkey) projects: manage budget, schedule, quality and risk; secure new opportunities; own P&L; lead procurement, supplier management and bids; build client and stakeholder relationships; develop teams and ensure governance, compliance and safety.
