Leads financial crime risk oversight for TD Securities Ireland, covering AML/ATF, sanctions, ABAC compliance, policies, risk assessments, regulatory examinations, audits, and operational controls. Provides strategic guidance to business leaders, oversees transaction monitoring and customer risk-scoring models, manages reporting, engages regulators and law enforcement, and deputizes for the Head of Financial Crime Risk Management. The role also leads, coaches, and develops team members while managing operational, conduct, and reputational risks.

Serve a portfolio of high-value corporate and institutional clients by processing and managing corporate lending and trade finance transactions. Act as subject-matter expert on products, controls and documentation; review and authorize transactions; escalate and resolve complex or high-risk issues; support process improvement, automation and documentation; provide guidance to team members and maintain strong client and internal relationships to ensure operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Provide governance and secretarial support to senior executive management committees in Ireland (and UK/EU where applicable). Coordinate agendas, minutes, records, action tracking, resolutions, and governance documentation; support policy, templates, controls, regulatory and audit queries, and maintain legal entity documents (authorised signatories, powers of attorney).

Lead and execute internal audits from planning through reporting. Perform control walkthroughs, develop test scripts, identify and track findings, communicate with stakeholders, and provide subject-matter expertise. Support audit planning, deliver presentations, coach team members, and ensure compliance with audit standards and firm policies.
