Lead end-to-end Ramco ERP implementation for aviation MRO and supply chain: manage migration from legacy (e.g., SAP), oversee data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT and cutover, coordinate vendors, manage risks and stakeholders, drive change management, training and adoption, and deliver executive reporting within a 12-month contract.

Manage forecasting, planning, purchasing and expediting of consumable and repairable aircraft parts. Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and engineering, convert requisitions to POs in SAP, manage supplier performance, reconcile orders/invoices, control repairable parts pool, and ensure compliance with airworthiness legislation.

The Director of Global Airworthiness oversees the Central Technical Services Team, ensuring compliance with Continuing Airworthiness regulations and managing aircraft maintenance procedures and processes.
