Lead Circle’s brand evolution across launches, campaigns, events, advertising, social, motion, and product marketing. Develop scalable visual identity systems, campaign concepts, illustrations, presentations, storyboards, and launch assets. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Motion, and Leadership to communicate complex software and AI products through compelling visual storytelling. Present creative concepts, maintain high craft standards, and explore AI-powered design workflows.

The Senior Quality Engineer partners with product, design, and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include exploratory, risk-based, API, integration, and automated web testing; investigating failures across applications and CI pipelines; improving testability and developer feedback; identifying systemic quality issues; and strengthening quality practices across teams. The role requires strong product judgment, technical debugging ability, autonomy, communication, and experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and CI/CD.

Lead the AI Quality engineering team while building evaluation infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, scorers, datasets, observability tools, and diagnostic systems for production AI agents. Run experiments across prompts, models, routing, caching, and agent orchestration to improve quality, latency, and cost. Manage team priorities, remain hands-on in development, and partner with AI Core engineering to validate product improvements.
