Provides expert employee relations support across EMEA, managing complex casework including investigations, performance issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations, accommodations, and organizational change. Advises managers and leaders on employment legislation, policies, and compliant outcomes. Collaborates with Legal, HR Business Partners, and Works Councils; manages consultation requirements, identifies employee relations trends, and improves processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage post-sales support for strategic enterprise customers using proactive service management, escalation handling, operational reviews, customer health monitoring, and data analysis. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, analyze system and support trends, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Support, Cloud Services, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomes and operational effectiveness.
