Manage and nurture a portfolio of mobile app customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RevenueCat. Act as a growth advisor: analyze customer data, propose actionable tactics, create educational content (workshops, guides), and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence product and drive customer revenue growth.

Partnering with Head of Finance, drive FP&A, forecasting, and strategic analyses (pricing, GTM ROI, new product launches). Design and ship high-converting mobile paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat builders. Lead discovery, propose experiment plans, run multivariate tests, analyze results, and codify successful patterns into templates and content. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Advocacy; present findings publicly and advise internal teams on monetization UX best practices.

Own inbound technical sales conversations: lead discovery, demo and proof-of-concept builds, validate integrations with RevenueCat SDKs/APIs, produce enablement content, shorten evaluation cycles, and provide product feedback to shape features.

Own RevenueCat's organic and AI-driven discoverability by mapping audience queries, creating and commissioning high-value content, optimizing product pages/docs/YouTube for search and citation by LLMs, and measuring traffic outcomes. Work cross-functionally with product marketing, DevRel, docs, and content teams to prioritize, brief, and deliver discovery-focused content that grows top-of-funnel organic and AI traffic.

Own go-to-market and adoption campaigns for developer-focused product areas: build lifecycle campaigns, design and optimize web pages, produce case studies and enablement, gather market insights, and run creative brand projects. Lead end-to-end product launches, collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and optimize self-serve funnels to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

Proactively explore RevenueCat data to identify customer problems and opportunities. Translate ambiguous product questions into analyses and production-grade predictive/descriptive models. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape roadmaps, define experimentation and benchmarking approaches, deploy and iterate on models powering customer-facing features, and communicate insights across technical and non-technical audiences.

Design, build, ship, and support backend services and end-to-end features focused on reliability, scalability, and performance. Debug production issues, write and debug SQL, follow testing best practices, collaborate in a remote team, participate in on-call, and contribute to architecture and roadmap decisions.

Lead and grow a distributed software engineering team to design, ship, and support web-based features. Balance new feature delivery, technical debt, and system improvements; perform hands-on code review and triage; collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support; hire, coach, and mentor engineers; and establish processes for iterative, high-quality delivery that meet customer needs and SLAs.
