Lead complex payments solutions for global enterprise customers as a payments optimization subject matter expert. Design multi-PSP and orchestration architectures, advise on acquiring, routing, BNPL, authorization improvement, and cost optimization, and partner with sales on strategic opportunities. Create reference architectures and reusable assets, influence product roadmaps through customer insights, resolve technical escalations with engineering, support go-to-market activities, and build executive customer relationships. Approximately 25% travel is expected.

Lead design and implementation of a unified Iceberg metastore and object storage abstraction, drive migration from Hive Metastore, define APIs and authorization, partner on compliance controls, optimize petabyte-scale storage costs and lifecycle, and mentor engineers while establishing reliability and security standards.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Stripe’s local payment methods growth. Manage strategic relationships with global payment providers, drive adoption and payment volume, and balance conversion, revenue, risk, costs, and partner objectives. Collaborate with merchants, financial partners, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, data science, marketing, and go-to-market teams. Build joint roadmaps, define success metrics, run experiments, and influence multi-quarter investments across a complex global payments ecosystem.

The role involves consultative selling, understanding technical customer needs, developing sales strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and manage Stripe’s ISV partnerships across EMEA. Responsibilities include recruiting partners, ensuring technical certification, optimizing partner performance, expanding revenue opportunities, coordinating co-selling, executing partner programs and marketing initiatives, enabling partners with playbooks and collateral, and reporting performance to stakeholders.
