Develops and maintains capacity planning models for support or risk operations, forecasts resource needs, evaluates planning risks, monitors utilization and capacity performance, automates reporting using SQL databases, collaborates with vendors and stakeholders, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership.

Provide technical support to B2B customers by troubleshooting API integrations, diagnosing issues, handling escalations, and collaborating with engineering teams. Develop internal tools and automation using APIs, create knowledge-base documentation, and communicate product capabilities clearly. The role also involves identifying recurring customer problems, sharing technical feedback, and influencing product improvements.
