Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to prioritize work, improve productivity, maintain high engineering standards, and mentor newer engineers.

Lead the architecture and delivery of Stripe’s Supportability Decision Layer, building high-throughput, low-latency distributed backend services and explainable decision engines. Define APIs, data models, orchestration pipelines, and resilient systems for merchant risk and onboarding. Serve as technical lead for the Dublin team, mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and align global partners across engineering, product, risk operations, and data science.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing startup accounts across EMEA by driving retention, renewals, upsells, and product adoption. Own the full sales cycle for new SMB prospects in the Benelux region, including outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, consultative discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, closing, and activation. Partner with SDRs, build self-sourced opportunities, engage business and technical stakeholders, maintain forecast accuracy, and deliver new customer acquisition through high-velocity sales motions.

Lead Stripe’s Platform Sales team across the UK and Ireland, managing Account Executives responsible for expanding payments solutions among SaaS platforms. Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, deal strategy, forecasting, executive relationships, hiring, coaching, and team development.
