Administer and support Microsoft 365 productivity platforms, resolve escalated technical issues, design permanent solutions and automations, lead projects, deliver trainings, create reports, and collaborate across teams to improve service stability.

Design, deploy, and operate containerized and serverless platforms on GKE, manage the enterprise Harness CI/CD platform, build standardized GitOps/IaC pipelines, embed DevSecOps controls, monitor platform health, onboard application teams, enforce policy-as-code governance, and collaborate with security and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and repeatable deployments.

Support portfolio forecasting, change requests, capital allocation, blocked labor reporting, and leadership materials. Drive portfolio operations, intake security/facility projects, and fulfill ad hoc data requests while contributing to strategic financial and annual planning.

Manage requests for new ServiceNow reports and dashboards, resolve dashboard/reporting incidents, train users on dashboards, build executive KPIs and scorecards, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, and apply AI/Generative AI for reporting automation and insights.
