Own a mid-market/enterprise book end-to-end as a trusted advisor: drive onboarding, retention, churn mitigation, QBRs/operational reviews, success plans, and identify expansion opportunities. Manage complex implementations, maintain CSAT and system hygiene, use approved AI/automation tools to increase efficiency, and collaborate across Sales and internal teams with clear, structured communication.

Own vision, roadmap, architecture and lifecycle for GTM products that enable acquisition, service, and growth. Define product strategy, evaluate build vs buy and AI-driven solutions, partner with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data and Engineering, and manage governance, adoption, and performance of revenue systems.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations and contribute to SOPs and process improvements while developing toward more strategic Deal Desk responsibilities.

Lead cross-functional EOR operations projects from ideation to execution, improve operating mechanisms, drive alignment and adoption, implement AI-enabled improvements, own recurring operational reporting, support audit/compliance activities, and partner with Product, Legal, Finance, and CS to enable scalable execution across EOR domains.

Lead product strategy and delivery for fraud, credit risk, and compliance in Remote's Fintech area. Build automated detection, KYB/AML automation, credit scoring, reserve management, and enforcement workflows. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering to create platform-oriented, extensible systems, improve automation rates, reduce false positives, and deliver high-throughput, high-ROI product iterations.
