Resolves customer payroll inquiries involving processing, discrepancies, and platform usage through email, chat, and phone. Follows documented workflows, meets service-level agreements, investigates issues using available information, documents resolutions, communicates clearly with customers, and escalates complex cases. The role also develops foundational payroll knowledge, learns regional compliance requirements, and identifies recurring issues or documentation gaps.

Implement and configure global payroll solutions for new customers, collect and validate payroll data, coordinate parallel runs, reconcile taxes, and ensure statutory compliance. Manage customer communications, payroll go-live, training, documentation, and handoff to payroll operations. Build strong client relationships, resolve issues, support process improvements, and conduct user acceptance testing while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Execute payroll processes across pre-pay, run, and post-pay phases using SOPs and checklists. Enter and validate payroll data, reconcile routine variances, maintain audit-ready records, manage correspondence and expense approvals, and protect confidential information. Escalate exceptions, communicate progress, support compliance, identify process gaps, and adopt AI-assisted workflows. The role works under senior guidance in a fully remote, asynchronous team.

Execute accurate payroll processes across pre-pay, payroll run, and post-pay phases. Enter and validate payroll data, reconcile routine variances, maintain audit-ready records, support expenses and correspondence, protect confidential information, and escalate exceptions. The role follows established procedures, collaborates with senior payroll colleagues, identifies minor process improvements, and adopts AI-assisted workflows.

Process end-to-end French payroll, including statutory filings, approvals, payments, reconciliations, journals, compliance, and data quality. Serve as the country payroll subject matter expert, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor KPIs and SLAs, improve processes, mentor payroll specialists, and provide regional management coverage. Work asynchronously with international teams and support payroll operations through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Provide product-focused legal counsel for HRIS and AI features across 90+ jurisdictions. Lead AI/product compliance, draft and negotiate product and AI-specific terms, establish AI governance (model inventory, risk classification, oversight), partner with Privacy and Security on DPIAs/TIAs and incident response, manage external counsel, and enable product teams through training and embedded legal reviews.

Lead country-specific payroll implementations from planning through parallel runs and first live payroll. Act as subject-matter expert, liaise with sales and stakeholders, develop standardized processes and SOPs, mentor payroll generalists, support UAT and platform improvements, and ensure KPI/SLA adherence and smooth handover to payroll operations.

Lead cross-functional teams to design and ship a scalable global payroll platform for 80+ markets. Deeply understand customer needs, use AI and automation to prototype and launch features, track KPIs, and manage stakeholders to deliver high-impact product outcomes.

Provide advisory support on international personal income tax and social security issues, assess tax-efficient equity and payment options, collaborate with payroll on fund flows, evaluate local tax exposures, respond to client tax queries, and build documentation for recurring tax questions.

Provide immigration compliance and global mobility support: advise clients, manage visa/work-permit cases, maintain compliance, handle escalations, use case-management and billing systems, improve processes through automation, build stakeholder relationships, and support business travel and sponsorship cases within a remote, async team.
