Leads the planning, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions for Mastercard’s Emerging Data Signals product. Drives AI and emerging-technology innovation from research through production, champions delivery automation, supports customer integrations, and provides technical leadership. Design high-availability, scalable systems; automate operational processes and incident response; monitor metrics, logs, and traces; troubleshoot complex issues; conduct capacity planning, performance optimization, and post-mortems; manage operational risk and compliance; establish reliability standards; and mentor junior engineers.

Provides independent second-line oversight of technology, security, operational resilience, and control risks across European markets. Maintains technology risk and control frameworks, reviews regulatory requirements and management responses, evaluates control design and effectiveness, monitors remediation in GRC tools, develops risk metrics and reporting, supports governance forums, and engages with regulators. Requires strong stakeholder management, senior-level communication, and familiarity with ISO, NIST CSF, or equivalent standards.
