The Infrastructure Strategy Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives for the Infrastructure Department, manage relationships, oversee project delivery, and engage with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with organizational objectives.

Lead mechanical delivery for hyperscale and co-location data centre projects across UK/EMEA. Drive technical excellence, client relationships, work-winning, team leadership, and project financial management.

Support Commercial Administration Lead by drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts for rail projects. Manage contract records and systems, monitor milestones, mitigate risks, support negotiations, assist with invoicing and payments, and report on contract performance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead project controls for rail projects including planning, cost, risk, change control, performance measurement (EVM), monthly reporting, governance, and mentoring a controls team to ensure accurate baselines and informed decision-making.

Lead delivery of multi-year infrastructure projects from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Manage a team of project managers, oversee schedule, cost, contracts, risk, and reporting, maintain project execution plans and RACI, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, enforce change control, and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements—with heavy site-based involvement.

Lead delivery of a multi-year, high-profile infrastructure programme. Provide strategic programme leadership, governance, commercial and risk management; oversee multidisciplinary teams; manage stakeholders, contractors and consultants across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.

Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, produce governance reports, manage budgets and forecasts, coordinate stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and drive scheduling best practices to ensure on-time project delivery.
