Support M&A due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. Lead accounting workstreams involving ERP alignment, chart-of-accounts mapping, close processes, legal-entity rationalization, controls, and policy harmonization. Partner with cross-functional teams and provide audit-ready documentation while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SEC rules, and local standards.

Build and deploy agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments. Responsibilities include designing prompts, reasoning systems, tool calls, integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and full-stack production deployments. The role partners with customers, sales teams, architects, and deployment strategists to deliver proofs of concept, MVPs, and measurable business outcomes. Engineers also evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot platform gaps, share enablement, and provide product feedback. Approximately 25% travel is required.
