Troubleshoots hardware, software, installation, compatibility, and operational issues; recreates problems in a lab; recommends corrective actions; and documents recurring issues. The role communicates directly with customers and collaborates with software and hardware engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex networking problems while supporting product quality and development.

Provide commercial legal support across Europe: draft, negotiate, and review commercial, channel, procurement and licensing agreements; advise on EU/member-state regulation, GDPR, export controls, and anti-corruption; identify legal risks, manage external counsel, and develop internal processes and templates to support cross-functional business teams.
