Troubleshoots Java web applications, APIs, databases, Linux systems, networking, Kubernetes, and customer environments. Investigates logs, queries, metrics, and application behavior; develops scripts and workarounds; reproduces and documents defects; supports escalations and on-call incidents; and collaborates with Engineering and Product on resolutions and documentation.
