Own Pencil’s Evals & Quality product charter, including creative-quality metrics, judging rubrics, human-review processes, golden datasets, and scalable evaluation loops. Own delivery of a media-focused SaaS product from contractual scope through pilot launch. Responsibilities include building and sequencing the backlog, writing acceptance criteria, coordinating engineering and external API dependencies, managing milestone risks, overseeing MVP design, and preparing enterprise-client onboarding, operator playbooks, and measurement plans. The role requires strong paid media or ad-tech expertise and product management experience with technical platforms, APIs, data, or AI products.

Conduct end-to-end product research for a generative AI SaaS platform, including participant recruitment, interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and RITE testing. The role requires strong product judgment, interaction and visual design skills, rapid iteration, and close collaboration in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Lead the product strategy and lifecycle for Pencil’s editor across print, email, product detail pages, HTML5, and emerging formats. Own import/export fidelity, agent-assisted editing workflows, product metrics, customer discovery, prioritization, and launch audits. Partner with design, engineering, and other product managers to deliver high-quality, controllable creative production experiences that reduce manual effort and improve generation, import, and export outcomes.

Owns technical programs across product and engineering, including releases, integrations, migrations, dependency management, workback planning, risk escalation, stakeholder communications, incident routing, and OKR tracking. The role establishes operating cadences, maintains trustworthy program visibility, resolves cross-team blockers, and drives complex initiatives to on-time delivery without owning product direction, architecture, or people management.
