Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market hospitality customers, manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption and transition to Account Management, ensuring measurable customer success.

Build data pipelines, implement and validate models, establish MLOps practices (CI/CD, orchestration, monitoring), define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with product and engineering to drive model reliability and business impact.

Build, deploy, and operate Cloudbeds' POS product end-to-end across React Native/Expo frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, Terraform and Kubernetes infrastructure. Implement offline-first sync, reliable APIs, payments, observability, testing, and production support while collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.
