Provide technical support and product expertise to Datadog Premier customers via phone/chat/tickets, reproduce issues across integrations, run health-checks and demos, create documentation, drive product conversations, and participate in customer-facing cadence and events in a hybrid office role.

Prospect, qualify, and generate leads for Datadog in the Benelux region via outbound outreach, cold calling, and email. Collaborate with internal teams to schedule discovery meetings, present acquisition strategies, and follow established sales methodologies to identify customer needs and drive pipeline growth.

Lead onboarding, relationship management, and growth within DACH customer accounts. Drive adoption, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals, and collaborate internally to resolve customer needs and improve product value.

Lead design and development of low-level Linux instrumentation and eBPF-based runtime security features for detection, monitoring, and workload protection. Drive architecture, implement performance-sensitive systems, establish testing methodologies, deliver end-to-end features, and provide technical leadership and cross-team collaboration across Datadog's security products.
