Lead Workhuman’s enterprise AI portfolio and governance framework, from use-case intake and prioritization through delivery oversight and value realization. Establish risk-based controls covering privacy, security, data, model behavior, human oversight, third parties, and responsible AI. Partner with business and technology stakeholders, improve accountability, track outcomes and dependencies, create reusable governance standards, and provide executive-level reporting on AI investment, adoption, value, and risk.

Own Workhuman’s enterprise AI capability roadmap, standards, reusable GPTs, agents, connectors, knowledge patterns, and AI services. Guide business and domain teams in selecting effective AI patterns, partner with architecture, engineering, security, and data teams, and establish playbooks, evaluation, observability, support, and governance models. Lead prototypes toward production and drive adoption through training, enablement, and communities of practice.

Own data modeling, analysis, reporting, dashboards, and analytical solution delivery for Finance and Operations. Build scalable datasets and reusable data models, automate reporting and reconciliation, improve KPIs, validate data quality, optimize queries, and translate business needs into actionable insights. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while using modern cloud, development, and AI-assisted tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for AI and data products. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, translate OKRs into delivery plans, define requirements, manage backlogs, and guide solution trade-offs. Uses customer research, operational data, and product analytics to drive product decisions, innovation, and measurable business value in a SaaS environment.

Provide multilingual customer support by phone and email in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Own, document, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues ranging from password requests to complex supply chain problems. Maintain a positive customer experience, build relationships across cultures, update customer records accurately, follow automated workflows, and identify process improvements.
