Make architectural decisions, lead complex projects, improve reliability and performance, collaborate with Product and Design, and mentor engineers. The role requires distributed systems expertise, LLM and agentic workflow experience, and familiarity with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.

Leads and grows an agentic engineering team building reliable AI development systems. Sets technical direction for agent harnesses, integrations, workflows, model-provider abstractions, tool use, context management, and long-running execution. Partners with Product and Design, contributes to architecture and implementation, improves system reliability and performance, and coaches engineers while maintaining strong execution standards.

Embed with strategic partners across EMEA to drive technical adoption of Coder: define architecture, build demos and workshops, co-create GTM plays, co-sell on high-value deals, produce repeatable enablement assets, and feed field insights into product and engineering.
